“User” or “Customer” – Any individual or entity using the Site for browsing, purchasing, or any other purpose.
“Products” – Items offered for sale on the Site, including digital products.
The Site is intended for users aged 18 and over who possess the legal capacity to perform binding actions.
The User undertakes to provide true and accurate details during registration or when making a purchase.

Prices displayed on the Site include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment shall be made via a valid credit card or other payment methods offered on the Site.
“Tal Webdesign & AI” reserves the right to change prices and the variety of products at any time without prior notice.
Estimated delivery times will be specified at the time of purchase. “Tal Webdesign & AI” shall not be held responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control.

“Tal Webdesign & AI” shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused to the User or any third party as a result of using the Site or the Products, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of “Tal Webdesign & AI.”
All content on the Site, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of “Tal Webdesign & AI” or third parties who have granted “Tal Webdesign & AI” a license for use.
No part of the content may be copied, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or used without prior written consent from “Tal Webdesign & AI.”
“Tal Webdesign & AI” respects user privacy and undertakes to protect personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy detailed on the Site.
Use of the Site is also subject to the Site’s Cookie Policy, which constitutes an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
“Tal Webdesign & AI” reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.
The most current version of the Terms will be published on the Site and will take effect upon publication.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Any dispute concerning these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant district.
Product Delivery: Upon completion of the purchase and confirmation of payment, the Customer will receive access to the digital product via a link sent by email or through the user account on the Site. The Customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that messages from the Site are not filtered into junk/spam folders.
Usage Rights: The purchase grants the Customer a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital product for private purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, transmission, public display, or commercial use of the digital product is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.
Cancellations and Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products and the ability to copy them, no cancellations or refunds will be issued once access to the product has been granted, unless explicitly stated otherwise. In the event of a technical fault preventing the use of the product, the Customer is requested to contact customer service for assistance.
Technical Support: The Company will provide technical support for digital products in accordance with the service policy detailed on the Site. Support requests should be made using the contact details provided on the Site.
Limitation of Liability: Digital products are provided “As-Is,” and the Company does not guarantee that they will meet the specific needs or expectations of the Customer. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the digital products, except in cases of gross negligence.
Clarification under Consumer Protection Law: The provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, shall apply subject to the law. However, in accordance with Section 14C of the Law, the right of cancellation does not apply to digital products after they have been delivered to the customer, unless a fundamental technical fault prevents their use.
